The Bush Ross Estate Planning Practice Group are experts in every conceivable area of estate planning, including estate administration, trust planning services, gift planning during lifetime or estate planning to take effect following lifetime. While we regularly engage in complicated estate planning for high net-worth individuals who require that their affairs be arranged in a tax efficient manner, we are equally cognizant of the need to plan those affairs in a manner most likely to shelter the client's family, safeguard family harmony and minimize family acrimony.
